MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
1) Sign-Up and Pay Dues
To become a Cal State LA NSSLHA member, please fill out the membership form below.
After you submit the membership form, you will receive instructions on how to pay membership dues ($20 per semester).
Should you choose to wait to join, we welcome your membership in the Fall semester.
2) Member-Access Pages
Once you have paid your membership dues, go here to sign-up to members-access pages, where you can track your points and post/comment on the student forum. After signing up, please wait 3-4 days to be approved.

4) Cal State LA NSSLHA Graduation Gifts
Cal State LA NSSLHA graduation gifts are awarded to members who have achieved an active member status for at least two (2) semesters. Undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, and graduate students are eligible to receive a gift. Please fill out the form below if you are graduating this semester.
*Note that cords are only available to undergraduate students.
